Association Management

Our passion is the management of homeowner and condominium associations.  

Prosight offers two primary service levels.  Full Management includes meetings and site management.  Financial management reduces the number of meetings and time on-site to provide professional and affordable service for communities without a robust need for oversite of the grounds.

Both levels offer all or many of the services listed below within the context of a structured plan.  The structure of that plan has been developed over time to meet the daily, monthly, seasonal and annual needs of Michigan communities for Boards and community members.

Services from accounting to violation tracking, minor maintenance to large capital projects, and contract negotiations to collections are approached proactively, consistently and efficiently.

Our efficiency is bolstered by utilizing software that provides portal access to all related parties.  Boards have access ta a tremendous amount of information at any time day or night.  Owners have convenient access and control of their information from work orders and contact preferences to payments.  Permissions are also granted in limited form to attorneys, vendors and auditors.

Our internal work flow process ensures we stay on task and on plan whether it is a minor request or major project.

Emergency Services

There is never a good time for a property emergency.  These can be very tense and unnerving moments.  We are available at any time day or night, every day of the year!

Prosight provides full remediation services for water, mold, fire or any loss that may occur.  We handle small leaks or oversee reconstruction of entire buildings.  In total we have handled tens of millions of dollars in emergency remediation efforts, many of them insurance claims.

Negotiating your way through insurance claims can be a laborious process.  Prosight won't leave you on an island to deal with adjusters by yourself.  In Prosight, you have a knowledgeable advocate on your side to ensure you are indemnified to the full extent of the policy.

Winter Property Services

Are you heading south for the winter?  Who watches your home while you are gone?  Did you properly prepare your property to be vacant through a Michigan winter?

Let us take the worry out of your winter!  We provide full winterization service and property inspections while you are away.  Prosight is fully bonded and insured for your protection.

We are also able to complete winter projects while you are away.  Imagine coming home in the spring to a warm house with freshly painted walls or a finished basement.  Our helpful staff can walk you through the project and keep you informed ever step of the way.
